01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bau888 platform at bau888.app — including any of its subpages, mobile-optimised interfaces, or linked services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bau888 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

bau888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the revised version on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of bau888 following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered via bau888, including but not limited to: live casino games, cricket betting, slot games, crash games, Win Drop games, promotional offers, and any future product categories added to the platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bau888 and participation in any gambling activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bau888 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction prohibiting your participation in online gambling.
• You are of sound mind and are acting of your own free will when registering and placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bau888 or any of its affiliated gaming providers, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed above. bau888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any compliance flag raised by our security team.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bau888. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended pending review, and any outstanding balances may be subject to forfeiture depending on the outcome of the investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. bau888 uses this information for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bau888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bau888 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bau888 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bau888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bau888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bau888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to your account verification level and the payment method used. Limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Standard verified accounts have a daily withdrawal ceiling of ৳200,000. VIP account tiers may carry higher limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified players are typically processed within three (3) hours for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Processing times for Visa withdrawals may be longer, subject to the issuing bank's standard processing schedule. bau888 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Own-Account Restriction

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account or method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bau888's compliance team following a formal request. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bau888 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are clearly stated on each individual promotion page at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion detail page. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute to the wagering requirement at a reduced rate — contribution percentages are listed per promotion.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion offered by bau888 is available once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. bau888 may, at its discretion, extend a bonus expiry period on a case-by-case basis upon written request to support.

5.5 Promotional Changes

bau888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, bau888 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent practicable. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of their designated use within the platform.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on bau888 — whether a live dealer table, slot machine, crash game, or sports betting market — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface or market page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All virtual games (slots, crash games, Win Drop games, and virtual table games) on bau888 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditing bodies to ensure statistical fairness. bau888 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the stated house edge or RTP published for each game.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of play, dealing procedures, and dispute resolution for live games are governed by the respective studio provider's certified game rules. bau888 presents these games as a platform but does not control the physical dealing or studio operations.

6.4 Sports Betting

Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or other extraordinary circumstances, bau888's trading team will apply the void/settlement rules stated in the applicable sports betting rules document, which is available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in a bet being accepted or settled incorrectly, bau888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. bau888 is not liable for any losses, including consequential losses, arising from a technical malfunction. Winnings derived from an obvious error — including manifest pricing errors on sports markets — will not be honoured.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bau888 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have balances withheld pending the outcome of that investigation:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in ways not intended by bau888, including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk exposure.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets on sports events using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as exploiting pricing inefficiencies rather than genuine market engagement.
• Money laundering: Using bau888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bau888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of bau888's platform, servers, or databases.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bau888

bau888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or a determination that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bau888 support via live chat within the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bau888 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

bau888 offers a self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who feel their gambling habits are becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion directly from their account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available from one (1) week up to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has expired.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bau888 will attempt to notify the player by email before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a zero or negative real-money balance will be closed automatically. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will be retained in dormant status for a further twelve (12) months, after which any remaining balance may be forfeited. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time before forfeiture by contacting support and completing re-verification.
